Saturday April 14, 2012 will be 100 years since the RMS "Titanic" struck the iceberg on that night to remember and sank to the bottom of the North Atlantic, taking 1500 unfortunate people with her. While not the greatest loss of life in a maritime tragedy, it's certainly the most well-known. Perhaps a moment of silence at 11:45 PM, the time the ship collided with the iceberg, would be in order.

`OK, I was off by 5 minutes. Haven't read any books about "Titanic" for a few years now. I'm going to watch the 1997 movie again on Saturday.

`I remember watching this really awful movie called "Raise the Titanic" made in 1980 based on Clive Cussler's novel of the same name. Has anyone else seen it, by any chance?
Am I and Mr. Hitide the only only ones here??
